Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle full set of books, prepare financial statement and analysis for a group of companies;
Prepare the annual budget and forecast;
Coordinate and liaise with external auditor and tax advisor on audit and tax issues;
Assists in Group financial reporting & Group consolidation, prepare the audit schedule etc;
Other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Accounting or a Qualified Accountant with ACCA/HKICPA(or equivalent), 3-5 years full set accounting experience, with audit experience is a must, experience in consolidation or listed company will be an advantage;
Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines;
Self-motivated and strong sense of responsibilities;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
