Job Responsibilities:

• Handle shipment booking and follow up shipment schedule
• Handle full set of I/E documents, Re-export document
• Arrange courier and delivery of samples.
• Updated Trade-link and Cross Road declaration
• Liaise with forwarders and shipping agents

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above, at least 5 years working experience in shipping field
• Sound knowledge of Trade-link system
• Experience in handle different shipping terms is an advantage
• Proficiency in Email, MS Office, Excel and Chinese typing is a MUST
• Good Excel with knowledge in Vlookup and Pivot Table
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Self-motivated, Independent, Responsibility, Hard-working and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferred
