Roles and Responsibilities

• Review and implement commercial business development plan on KAM business to align with company's direction
• Working closely with head of KEY Account Asia in developing the supply chain solution globally for e-commerce and International Supply Chain products
• Initiate, manage and implement new project for KAM accounts, logistics and transportation network optimization
• Design solutions and work closely with Customer Services/Operations team and warehouse colleagues  
• Build and develop KAM customers through relationship management and to satisfy their expectations by utilizing company's E-COM/KAM/ISC products
• Set and follow up SOP, traffic flow, communication with customers and overseas counterpart. 
• Organize, leads and reviews KPI/QBR and drive the operation excellence internally;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in KEY account management, warehouse Logistics or freight forwarding Operations
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience
• Hands-on knowledge in PO Management, WMS, E-COM market place and fulfillment software would be an advantage
• Willingness to learn new subjects from time to time
• Able to cope with fast-pace environment, self-initiative and work independently
• Sense of ownership and commitment to task and time is a definite requirement
• Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese and fluent in Mandarin
• Interested in developing career in E-Commerce Logistics industry
