Job Responsibilities:

• Review and implement commercial business development plan on Key Account Management (KAM) business to align with company’s direction
• Initiate, manage and implement new projects for KAM accounts on business expansion or logistics optimization
• Design logistics solution according to the requirement of KAM accounts
• Build and develop existing and potential KAM clients through relationship management and to maintain client satisfactions.
• Lead the full scale operation to ensure client satisfaction and smooth operations within P&L target
• Set operation SOP and KPIs reporting for client and internal operation management
• Identify rooms for operation efficiency improvements to enhance productivity and P&L
• Work closely with Leadership Team to design short and medium term business strategies and goals
• Execute business plan in line with the company objectives and revenues growth targets

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in multinational supply chain / logistics organizations, of which 5 years at managerial level; Candidates with less experience can be considered as Manager
• Experience in account management and contract logistics operation preferably with globally-based customers
• Advanced knowledge of logistics solutions design and WMS systems
• Possess solid analytical and problem-solving skills, task-oriented with good knowledge in presentation and negotiation
• Strong ability to manage several large and complex projects concurrently
• Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua, both written and spoken
• Willing to travel to Macau on a monthly basis or whenever necessary to conduct internal meeting, clients visits and business events
