Job Duties

• Follow up order / invoice with Merchandiser, PRC vendors and factories independently;
• Handle bi-weekly or urgent Factories Payment ;
• Assist to handle all related routine works;
• Co-ordinate with different departments, such as merchant, sales, shipping, FQA and HK/China vendors;
• Data capture on time;
• Liaise with Banker/Auditor if necessary;
• Ad hoc jobs

 Requirements:

• LCCI III Level or Higher diploma or above is preferable
• 2-5 years solid experience 
• Knowledge in customer orders with sub-contractors, production, shipment,
• Proficiency in MS Office Excel
• Good communication skill and interpersonal skill;
• Responsible, self-initiative, well organized and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of English and Mandarin;
• Fast learning and self-starter is a must;
