Responsibilities:

l   Able to independently handle full set of accounting operations including preparing bank reconciliations and maintaining General Ledger and Accounts.

l   Supervise in accounting routine activities & duties including data entry, documents filing, cheque preparation and daily sales checking.

l   Responsible for reviewing & processing staff’s expenses claims & all office expenses bills

l   To work with Accountant for regular review and enhancement of accounting workflow

l   Monitoring office supplies status in head office / clinics

l   Perform ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

l   Higher Diploma or degree holder in Accounting or equivalent disciplines

l   Minimum 3-4 years' experience & above accounting experience in health care industry or related business preferable

l   Good command of both English and Chinese

l   Knowledge with Peachtree, SAP would be advantaged

l   Good computer literacy in MS Office (Excel)

l   Responsible, attend to details, with excellent attitude in working as a team and able to meet tight deadlines

l   Immediate availability is highly preferred
