Job Description

Duties:

• Assist on daily accounting operations, data entry and maintaining a proper filing system
• Generating and sending invoices on fixed fee and time based work using our time management software Inprotech (training will be provided)
• Invoice reconciliation work (monthly) to verify the accuracy and completeness of the total invoices list
• Handling credit control & debit collection, mostly through sending statements and remindersvia email  
• Assisting in month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Supporting the Partners on ad-hoc duties as required
• Some out of office work would be needed, eg banking in cheques, by-hand delivery of important documents

Requirements

1. Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI Higher or related disciplines with at least 2 years’ relevant experience in accounting
2. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and experience in Microsoft BC 360 would be an advantage, but not mandatory
3. Well-organized and detail-oriented, self-motivated, energetic and willing to learn
4. Responsible, mature, possess a high level of initiative and integrity with a positive, “can-do” work attitude
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Good in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin would be a bonus)
