Job Description
Responsibilities:
-
Provide administrative support for whole sales order processing activities;
-
Handle customer’s enquiries and complaints;
-
Coordinate with internal and external parties for logistics arrangement;

Generate various reports related to all sales activities; and

Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above with 1 year relevant working experience in IT industry;
- Experience and knowledge in Oracle system is an advantage but not essential;
- Proficient in Windows Operation and Microsoft Office;
- Independent, systematic and detail-minded;
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills;
- Good command of both written and spoken of English; and
- Immediate available is preferable.
