Duties

• Assist immediate supervisor in general secretarial duties for the teams including but not limited to typing of correspondences / documents, internal distribution of correspondence, faxes and email, filing etc.

Requirements

• Form 5 or above;
• Minimum 1 year secretarial experience;
• Hand on computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putongua).

Fresh graduates will also be considered
