Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure the completeness of account opening documents
• Conduct due diligence and AML risk assessment for new and existing clients
• Handle client account annual review
• Review and update of account opening forms and Client Acceptance Procedures, ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirement
• Ensure the accuracy of data entrance into system
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Finance or related discipline(s)
• At least 2 years’ relevant working experience in banking or securities trading field
• Knowledge of rules and regulations of SFC / FATCA / CRS is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word & Excel
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Fast and accurate typing skills in both English and Chinese
• Responsible, hardworking and detail-minded
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
