Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of administrative functions.
• Supervise and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including procurement and supplies, office equipment maintenance, relocation, etc.
• Liaise with internal departments as well as external vendors.
• Responsible for general accounting duties, such as petty cash management, accounts payable invoice scanning, data verification, data entry and filing, etc.
• Assist in recruitment, employees’ benefits, policy review, performance appraisal, staff communications and engagement.
• Other administrative duties as assigned by HR & Admin Manager.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above with a year of experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated and well-organized.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a senior role.
