Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare business statistics, presentation and correspondence
• Conduct compliance audit and risk assessment when required
• Provide secretarial support to senior management
• Facilitate the meetings/ works associated with Board of Directors, government bodies, professional institutions and industrial association
• Liaise with internal and external parties on business administration issues
• Handle ad hoc projects as required

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in marketing, business administration or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid and relevant work experience in sizable organization, with no less than 2 years in serving senior management
• Knowledge in ISO or Internal Audit is preferred
• Good analytic skill with the ability to compile statistic reports
• Pro-active, detail-orientated, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player, fast learner, great interpersonal skills and able to handle multi-task
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in computer literacy and strong in Window applications
