Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily admin operation for Hong Kong, China and Macau and provide all spectrum administration support to internal office and beauty centers
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations 
• Liaise external parties for insurance issue, contract renewal, telephone line renewal, property arrangement and vendors
• Lead the small team and ensure the Admin Dept complete tasks in a timely and professional manner
• Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by management 

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder or with formal secretarial training in related disciplines
• Solid experience in both Frontline and Back Office administration 
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience with 3 years supervisor role
• Independent and detail-minded, proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
• With less experience will be consider as Assistant Administrative Manager
