Our client is inviting applications for a 12-month contract role with the following requirements:
Description:
The Payroll position is to assist the Payroll team with the execution of global strategy and governance and control framework within their remit (Regional/Country/Business).
Tasks and responsibilities of the job holder may include the following:
- Assist the team in handling all the administrative work, including scanning and issuing all IRD related document, staff outbound/inbound letter
- Ensure local adherence to the Global Payroll Standards, Payroll Risk and Control Library and Payroll Governance framework
- Assist the team in the continuous improvement of all Payroll processes, identifying areas requiring improvement and procedures
- Assist onshore payroll operation to complete payroll related tasks when offshore team is in full capacity, e.g. handling Refund of Refund claim, generic enquiries, urgent case, etc
- Degree holder in BA, HR or related discipline
- With at least 2 years related work experience in sizable corporations human resources
- Good spoken and written English/Chinese and hands on MS Office
