Job Description
Job responsibilities:
-Assist to manage daily operation of various HR functions including C & B and employee relations.
-Manage the Human Resource system; maintain accurate personnel records in relation to employee’s appointment, promotion, transfer, training, termination etc.
-Monitor and research information from various sources, gather data, perform analyses and prepare various reports.
-Formulate and review the policies/procedures/workflow to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements.
Qualifications required:
-Bachelor of Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
-1-3 years' relevant experience, preferably in telecom industry / sizeable companies. Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
-Familiar with HK Labor Ordinance and other regulatory requirements. Good knowledge in MPF and sensitive to figures would be a definite advantage.
-Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, Mandarin preferred.
-Self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
