Key Responsibilities:

-          Design company policies and procedures

-          Review and update our employment contracts and agreements

-          Prepare budgets by department

-          Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems

-          Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates

-          Manage internal communication projects (e.g. job satisfaction surveys)

-          Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations

 Requirements:

-          University graduates with degree or equivalent (IT, Computer Science, Human Resources Management or related disciplines is preferred)

-          At least 3 years’ relevant experience

-          Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs

-          Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools

-          Good knowledge of labour legislation in Macau

-          Must be a Macau permanent resident and fluent in Cantonese & English
