The Role:

• Handle full spectrum of general affairs and office management;
• Assist in maintaining a smooth operation among different business units.
• Responsible for all HR related duties, including recruitment, payroll, MPF, staff record, attendance & leave management;
• Assist in sales operation, e.g. issue invoices and receipt, prepare sales report;
• Maintain proper accounting records and document filing for book-keeping;
• Coordinate with external and internal parties;
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required

The person:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• 3 years experience in Administration / Operation
• Positive attitude to seek solutions in your work and create a friendly environment in the office
• Flexibility to take on a variety of tasks and willingness to roll sleeves up and support colleagues
• Detail-minded, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in office software Word, Excel, and Mac OS
