Responsibilities
l Responsible for recruitment of part time and contract retail staff
l Responsible for provide customer services to employees and candidates
l Work with clients to understand recruitment requirements
l Sourcing through various recruitment channels to ensure maximum candidates provided to user departments
l Interview and recommend suitable candidates
l Discuss offer with selected candidates
l Arrange onboarding and briefing for selected candidates
l Ensure recruitment KPI fulfillment
l Provide customer service to clients
Requirements:
l Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
l Pro-active and result driven
l Strong interpersonal and communication skills
l Prior part time or full time work experience in retail is an advantage
l Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
