Responsibilities:

• Perform general reception duties include handling incoming phone calls, greeting guests in a professional manner, office equipment maintenance etc.
• Provide administrative duties, such as order pantry food, water, stationery and toner etc.
• Handle daily couriers, incoming and outgoing mails
• Assist in data entry and document filing
• Monitor the conference room booking status
• Maintain neat and cleanness of the office entrance area and meeting rooms
• Support ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above
• Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience in reception and/or office administration function
• Good command of written & spoken in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Detail-oriented, good communication skills and problem solving skills
• Proficient in PC skills (MS Office) including excel and Chinese typing
• Five day working week (Monday to Friday)
• Part Time Working Hour: 9:00am - 1:00pm / 2:00pm - 6:00pm
