This position leads supply chain initiatives throughout Asia Pacific driving measurable cost-efficiency, service level improvements, reporting capabilities and quality compliance.  Re-define systems, processes and organizational structures in order to achieve critical supply chain efficiencies and financial savings.

Responsibilities:

• Lead regional initiative aiming to reduce lead time, achieve cost savings and optimize communication effectiveness.  Collaborate with other functions to intergrade business process and develop solutions
• Play a key role in process improvement for Asia Pacific to network with other countries/regions for best practices sharing and implementation.
• Set up processes to capture supply chain improvement opportunities within Asia Pacific.  Including transactional processes, organization, documentation and reporting, training and supporting application tools.
• Conduct supply chain process review and analysis from source to end customers in Asia Pacific and identify gap for improvement according to industry best practice.
• Initiate projects and drive to implementations.  Monitor effectiveness of the implemented projects.  Serve as project manager of multiple initiatives.
• Support functional owners in their efforts to drive change by conducting analysis activities, facilitate change management, prepare documentation (process flows, SOPs, etc.) and conduct training.
• Design and implement training programs to ERP and other systems/applications for Asia Pacific operations teams and external parties if required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 10 years of working experience with supervisory experience
• 3PL / Vendor / Service Provider Management experience
• ERP usage experience / ERP-WMS interfacing experience
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
• Proven success in improving work processes, leading change and role models positive behaviors as well as change agent skills in a complex and fast paced environment
• Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross division business unit model preferred
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to set goals and provide positive and constructive feedback respectfully to build positive relationships and improve business results  
• Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization
