Responsibilities:

• Perform general reception duties such as the handling of incoming calls, greeting guests, data entry for department expenditures and arranging courier orders;
• Arrange conference room reservations and scheduling;
• Provide daily office administrative support such as procurement & maintenance of office equipments and supplies, etc;
• Keep files and meeting rooms organized;
• Handle other office work as required.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in Administration work or Receptionist duties;
• Good telephone manner with cheerful and friendly character;
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese, Putonghua is a must ;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Adaptable, pro-active and willing to learn;
• Proficient in using MS applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
