Job Description
Our client is a Chinese financial institution providing full spectrum of financial service related to SFC regulated activities licence type 1,4,6 and 9. To cope with their business growth, they are now looking for a Legal Counsel to join them.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal and compliance advice to the business unit (Asset Management and Private Equity)
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements
- Liaise with external parties on various projects
- To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years or above of related legal experience
- Solid knowledge of related financial instruments
- Self motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a MUST)
