My Client is a listed Financial Group in HK, Now she is looking for an experience ECM Associate

Responsibilities:

—   Assess potential deals, originate and execute new business transactions and maintain client relationships;

—   Assist in project execution and origination, including pitch-book and proposal preparation;

—   Good network with professional investors

—   Coordinate the work of other professional parties involved in IPOs and other corporate finance transactions;

—   Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by the superiors.

Requirements:

—   University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or relevant discipline;

—   Holder of professional qualification in CPA/CFA or equivalent is an advantage;

—   Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in ECM or related areas;

—   Work experience in DCM is an advantage

—   Strong analytical skills, presentation and interpersonal skills;

—   Able to work under pressure with good team work;

—   Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
