We are looking for an experienced CFO to perform risk management and plan the organization’s financial strategy for a Chinese listed conglomerate engaged in the manufacturing of power generators and the contracts of power station projects with an annual revenue of over RMB 30 billion.

The CFO will be one of the company’s top executives and have the following responsibilities:

• Providing strategic recommendations to the President and members of the executive management team
• Advising the executive committee on long-term business and financial planning
• Control and evaluate the organizations fundraising plans and capital structure
• Establishing and developing relations with investors, senior management and external partners and stakeholders
• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting

Role’s qualification and requirements:

• 211 or 985 education background, MBA will be plus, must have CPA certificate;
• Track records with dealing with complicated financial organization, manufacturing background is a must
• Experienced with Chinese Listed company, ideally handling IPO and playing the key role;
• At least 15 years of professional working experiences, in which 5 years in a leadership/management capacity
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
