Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assist in carrying out all aspects of company secretarial duties including but not limited to preparing and maintaining proper statutory records for the listed company and its subsidiaries incorporated locally and overseas
• Assist in preparing annual/interim reports, announcements and circulars, organise and facilitate board meetings, various committees and general meetings
• Assist in reviewing legal documents
• Maintain a good filing system
• Liaised with external stakeholders
• Assist in ad hoc assignment

Profile

Candidates are required to have:

• Qualified accountant of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
• 4-5 years related company secretarial experience preferably with experience coming from pro firms
• Excellent written, typed and spoken in English and Chinese, Mandarin will be an advantage
• Well-organised, detail-oriented and ability to handle multi-tasks
• Meticulous, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
