Job Description
Business Performance
- Deepen Premium ETB relationship via different client content models
- Improve cross product penetration of Premium ETB base
- Keep driving digitization and activation of Digital Banking service
- Ensure clients’ lifecycle are satisfactory-managed via V&V channel
- Grow and retain high value Premium ETB
- Pitch potential Premium ETB to upgrade to Priority Banking for WM penetration/opportunities
- Promoting Premium service to potential qualified clients, exploring their needs and making referral to other business unit where appropriated
- Achieve/exceed year-end business targets on customer portfolio.
Customer Expereience
- Provide the highest standard of service to customer at all times and meet the customer’s banking needs in a professional and competent manner
- Work with team manager to identify improvement areas and drives changes to meet customer’s expectation
- Handle and ensure customers’ document and reporting comply with internal process standards.
Compliance and Risk Control
- Comply with the control requirements in the laid down procedures or Manual relevant to job responsibilities
- Comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Country Money Laundering Prevention Officer
- Comply with control procedures outlined in various BOCs or Procedure Manuals
- High awareness and proper control on Customer Data protection according to guidelines
- Comply with Group Code of Conduct
