職責:
-在呼叫中心為客戶處理呼入電話和呼出電話銷售服務,達成銷售目標
-支持售前、售前活動、櫃臺服務及其他客戶服務工作
-主要利益相關者:產品團隊、履行團隊、運營團隊、分公司和CCC團隊
要求:
-持有IIQE Paper 1,2,3
-中五或以上，具有客戶服務或呼叫中心工作經驗
-以客戶為中心，具有良好的溝通技巧
-自我激勵和熱情的個性
-精通粵語、英語及普通話

Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and outbound tele-sales service to our customers at Call Center
- Support pro-sales, pre-sales activities, counter service and other customer service duties
- Key Stakeholders: Product Team, Fulfilment Team, Operation Team, Branches and CCC
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- IIQE Paper 1,2,3 holder
- At least 1 years’ customer service or call center experience
- Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Customer-oriented and Excellent communication skill
- Self-motivated and Enthusiastic personality
