Our client is a prestigious group known for its luxurious brands that is recognized worldwide. With strong growth continuing in Asia Pacific, there is an opportunity for an ambitious and motivated professional to join as the Regional FP&A Manager, Asia Pacific.

Based in Hong Kong and report directly to the Regional FP&A Director, the selected candidate will be one of the key members in their regional financial planning & analysis team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial forecasts, annual budget and provide constructive recommendations on business performance.
• Evaluate financial results, highlight and follow up deviations of actual figures against budgets and analyze the variance.
• Prepare consolidation on financial information, analyze and interpret financial information for management review and decision making.
• Analyze, interpret, and communicate relevant financial and business trends, providing sound recommendations to senior management to drive business performance, including the identification of potential risks and opportunities.
• Develop enhanced financial models and analytical tools for use by business leaders and support of company objectives.
• Prepare short to long term business plan, annual budget and quarterly forecasts for different product categories and business area.
• Provide support in ad hoc projects and assignments.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance related discipline.  MBA a plus.
• A minimum of 6 years relevant work experience gained in retail sector.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills in conducting financial analyses and regional experience are highly desirable. 
• Ability to relate well with people at all levels and possess the flexibility to work cross culturally.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects at a time.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered as Senior Financial Analyst.
