Responsibilities:

• Cooperate with Senior in participating PRC architectural design project
• Require to complete architecture/ landscape/ interior design project from concept design stage to Design Development stage
• Deliver architectural, facade and landscape assignments
• Prepare and lead documentation of SD/DD drawings

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above in Architecture
• Good understanding of Hong Kong and Mainland building regulation
• Minimum 3 years working experience in architectural design, with experience in mixed-use development, residential and commercial building
• Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino and the Adobe Suite
• With team-building spirit and management ability
• Strong presentation, communication, analytical skills required
• Self-motivated and multi-tasking ability
• Proficient in Putonghua and English
