Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers to liaise with consultant, contractor, relevant government and utility companies for site works
• Construction supervision and quality inspection.  To ensure that specifications, working procedures, work schedules, and quality control are strictly followed
• Programme monitoring
• Site based and working in Centralised Project Office
• Maintain site inspection records in Centralised Project Office
• Report to PMs and Sr. Construction & Quality Assurance Manager
• To prepare COW report

 Requirements:

• High Certificate or above in Building Studies or equivalent
• At least 10 years' experience as Clerks of Work or related positions
• Clerks of Work works experience in structural, civil and construction related large scale projects
• Work experience in Client and Contractor side preferred
• Good command of English and native in Cantonese
