Job Description
Requirements:
- Ordinary Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent with minimum of 1 year relevant poet experience in qualifications experience in building maintenance organization; or
- Grade T1 technically competent person as defined in the prevailing issue of the Technical Memorandum for Supervision Plans issued by the Secretary for Development under section 39A of the Buildings Ordinance Cap. 123 plus minimum 5 years relevant experience in building works to satisfaction of the CM.
