Responsibilities:

• Responsible to handle the overseas projects (e.g. UK and Canada)
• Liaise and co-ordinate with oversea consultants, contractors, government authorities and other relevant internal & external parties
• Provide full spectrum of building services support in all stages such as planning, review of design, tender and monitor the work progress, contracting work, T&C to hand-over stage
• Manage all E & M contracts, contractors and conduct site inspections
• Ensure projects completed within time frame in a cost effective manner, in-line with company’s quality standards and compliance with statutory requirements
• Assist in Hong Kong projects upon direction of immediate supervisor

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Electrical/Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8 years' experience in property developer and/or consultant fields
• Having experience in UK and proficiency in the statutory requirement in UK would be a definite advantage
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Willing to travel and station
