Including all electrical and mechanical majors such as water supply and drainage, strong and weak electricity, ventilation and air conditioning, and fire protection.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in all aspects of quantity measurement, including evaluation of engineering changes, and report change claims to Party A
2. Negotiations with contractors and suppliers and final accounts
3. Prepare project budget and participate in project bidding
4. Calculate the various workloads of the building according to the diagram and prepare the bill of quantities
5. Familiar with and study the contract with Party A, fight for the rights and interests of the company
6. Preparation of subcontracting documents
7. Application for Party A's interim payment and review of subcontracting and supplier payment
8. Completion and settlement of Party A and its subcontractors or suppliers
9. Other tasks assigned by the company and leaders

Requirements:

1. Degree holders in quantitative measurement / water supply / electrical / mechanical, or related disciplines preferred
2. A qualified quantity surveyor (MHKIS / MRICS), preferably with the experience of a consulting company
3. Excellent use of office and engineering software ssuch as Excel and AutoCad
4. Good command of Chinese & English
5. Good interpersonal communication skills
6. Familiar with the price of manpower, materials and machines in the Hong Kong market
7. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
