5.5 Day Work

Working location: Kwun Tong Office (near MTR Station)/ Site Office (if necessary)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide site operation support;
• Perform clerical duties including data input, preparing employment contracts, calculation of wages, payroll, MPF, etc;
• Prepare general documentation and reports;
• Input purchase orders, delivery orders and delivery notes;
• Prepare/ check site workers attendance records;
• Maintain inventory records and HR records; and
• Provide other site administration/ general admin duties, clerical support and ad hoc duties as required.

 Job Requirements:

• Immediately available is highly preferred;
• F.5 / DSE or above with at least 2 years’ accounting /administration experience;
• Experience in the construction industry/ HR experience is highly preferred;
• Well organized and self-motivated;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (MS Word & Excel) with Chinese input; and
• Work at Kwun Tong Office/ Site Office (if necessary).
