Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and management of fitting out projects and addition & alternation works;
• Monitor, verify and coordinate site progress, interfacing of varies trades, and preparation of documentary;
• Undertake interface and coordination related to builders and E&M works;
• Coordinate with internal users’ department, landlords, building management, sub-contractors for new fitting out works and renovation works to achieve an agreed scope of works and work schedule;
• Check work done by contractors to ensure compliance with specifications.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building Services/ E&M Engineering or equivalent;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in F&B trade is an advantage;
• Good project management, communication, planning and problems solving skills;
• Good knowledge of local building regulations and practices is an advantage;
• Responsible and able to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
