Job Responsibilities:

• Create innovative design concept for each project.
• Provide full set of layouts drawings / presentations.
• Handle materials selection.
• Manage tender documentation as well as presentation.
• Provide assistance and support to project team.
• Collaborate with internal design support members / project managers.
• Communicate with external parties such as clients / contractors / suppliers.

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in interior design.
• Min. 8 years of relevant experience in House / luxury residential / clubhouse / show flat project. Less experience will be considered as interior designer.
• Experienced in handling project from start to the end.
• Strong sense of design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop.
• Onsite experience is preferred.
• Good command of Cantonese / English / Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
