Responsibilities:

• Assist designer and office manager for constant sourcing of material and appliance
• Handle price negotiation, costing with vendors
• To maintain the Company library
• Coordinate and liaise with suppliers
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignment

Requirements: 

• Diploma or above in Administration, Interior Design, Construction Management or related discipline is an advantage but not a must
• Minimum 2 years experience in related job duties
• Able to handle multi-tasks under pressure and deadline
• Strong presentation skills, self-motivated with “can do” attitude, well organized and detail-minded
• Good team-player, willing to learn and attention to details
• Good computer literate
• Good command in written and spoken in English
• Immediate available is preferred
