Sales & marketing

• Develop and propose distribution, pricing, merchandising and promotion strategy through conducting market research
• Perform market intelligence analysis, competitors’ product comparison and new product evaluation
• To assist Director in the alignment of cosmetic brand direction, formulation of sales & marketing strategy and implementation of branding/marketing activities
• Build and maintain productive and good relationships with Online and Offline business partners
• Support administrative tasks and ad hoc project

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in sales & marketing will be an advantage
• Excellent organizational skill, self-motivated and detailed minded
• Creative thinking, strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Possess excellent computer skills in MS Office & Chinese Input; Experience in Photoshop and Adobe software will be an advantage;
• Outgoing and able to work under pressure;
• Honest, responsible, self-motivated and mature;
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and Putonghua
