Responsibilities:

• Write / translate flyers, press releases, corporate fact sheets and financial reports
• Execute event operational plan 
  
• Provide general administrative support
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Event Management or related disciplines
• Minimum three years of full-time experience in event management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as Chinese word processing
• Knowledge of bookkeeping / accounting will be a definite advantage
• Proactive with an enthusiastic approach to work
• Agile, detail-oriented and highly organised
