Here’s the opportunity for you:

• To handle all pre-contract and post-contract QS services, including contract administration, cost estimation, procurement planning, tendering & award, cost controlling, payment valuation and certification, etc.
• Supervise the preparation of the interim payment application and certification process with client and to review suppliers and sub-contractors
• Review the paper works for the variation claim, Extension of Time, Final Accounts as well as other QS related works
• Monitor the required paper works detailed in the contract are duly prepared and submitted to client on time
• Ensure completion of projects on schedule and within budget

Are you ready for the opportunity?

• Tertiary educated or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• 3 years relevant work experience
• Strong experiences in claims handling, cost and contract management
• Good sub-contracting and price negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong interests in Theme Park, Specialized Fitting Out and Exhibition Industry
• Overseas travels from time to time depending on project needs
• Immediate Available will be an advantage
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor
