Responsibilities:

• Frequent site visit
• Preparation quotation / tender
• Coordinate the installation, repair and maintenance works which included electrical, plumbing & drainage, air-conditioning and builder works for all kinds of building properties. 
• Monitoring and control the work quality and safety as per client required.
• Closely work with sub-contractors and internal technician to follow up the work of progress till to completion.

     Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above (mainly study Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering).
• 2-3 years working experience which gained from Minor Works Contractor Company is highly preferrable, but it's not essential.
• Knowledge in MS Office, AutoCAD, Outlook, etc
• Proactive, drive to success and good interpersonal skills with relevant parties;
• Good command both of spoken & written skills in English & Chinese.
• Less experience will be considered Assistant Engineer
