Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the Opening Team
- Provide professional and efficient hotel services to guests
- Handle on daily operation, online bookings and guests’ enquiries
- Communicate with various departments to support guests’ need
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree Holder in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 1 year relevant work experience in hotel industry
- Self-motivated, service oriented and able to work under pressure
- A team player with good communication skills and positive service attitude
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Additional language would be advantage.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for the “Guest Service Agent Supervisor”.
