Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Take food and beverage orders, introducing seasonal delicacies as well as advises guests on the selection of food and beverage items
  • Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant and monitor the team
  • Monitor and enhance food & beverage services and facilities, and the optimum staffing level to achieve high satisfaction for the guests
  • Handle restaurant setup including floor, table and decoration
  • Ensures that staff applies the necessary precautions with regards to the food safety and hygiene standards
  • Check table settings, correct layout and cleanliness of equipment
  • Provide superior service to the guests
  • Obtains customer feedback during operations to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Passion, determination and commitment for success in F&B industry
  • Strong business sense and operational, administrative and social skills
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in Food and Beverage industry, and at supervisory level in Korean / Fine dining restaurants with proven management skills and leadership
  • Self-organized and detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
  • Hard working, enthusiastic, organized and reliable with ability to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
