Role and Responsibility :  

• Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a related discipline
• 10-12 years with about 7-8 years of relevant experience in Data and Information Management roles as Data Business Analyst in the telecom industry
• Managing Infrastructure services; exposure to managed services model
• Working experience in IT Infrastructure, Business Management P&L Management, Service Management, Onsite Support, Data Center operations
• Responsible for Product Development and Lifecycle Management for the Enterprise and Wholesale Data, IDC, Cloud and Managed Network Services.
• Leading business planning activities for new offerings,
• Work closely with Cloud and Business Services leadership,
• Portfolio management teams, product management teams and GTM functions.
• Understanding of Cisco's future cloud products and service offerings
• Responsible for the Product Management of IP products
• Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology
• Building, developing and retaining capabilities within the team to achieve the stated goals.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
