Our client is a Forbes Global 2000 company and is one of the oldest financial institutions in the world.  Due to its business needs, they are seeking a high calibre Chief Innovation and Transformation Officer in Hong Kong.

The right person will work closely with different departments within the organization to develop the transformative blueprints.  He/she will lead and champion the continuous improvements of the business’ innovation and transformation capabilities of towards a more agile and customer-centered approach.

Requirements

• Degree holder in relevant discipline
• At least 20 years of relevant innovation management/change management/digitalization/operational transformation experience from sizable organizations
• Experienced in implementing agile methodology  
• Experienced in Fintech or Technology Startup would be an advantage
• Motivational leader with strong influencing skills
• Excellent communicator with good stakeholder management skills and had experience working in matrix organization  
• Passion to serve and add values to customers’ needs
• Fluent in spoken and written English
