Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for customer maintenance notification work and contact management.
• Responsible for troubleshooting and handling customer queries on maintenance issues.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and liaise with relate engineer.
• Manage maintenance system operations, development and function test.
• Fault case analysis, statistics, writing reports and procedure documentations, etc.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Experience in telecommunication related industry will be advantageous.
• Sound knowledge in data communication, transmission and IP network is a definite advantage.
• Excellent in communication, coordination and influencing skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is a MUST.
