Responsibilities:

l   Provide IT support to customers for software and hardware issues;

l   Creating and maintaining Cloud or on premises environment;

l   Follow up with the suppliers or vendors technical issues;

l   Responsible for software/hardware installation and project delivery;

l   Testing new technology if necessary;

Requirements:

l   Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science/ Information Technology or related disciplines;

l   Min. 1 year of relevant working experience; Fresh graduates are also welcome

l   Experience in Windows Server and Linux;

l   Implementation and trouble-shooting experiences VMware Virtual Infrastructure (vCenter, vSphere);

l   Knowledge of container platform (Kubernetes/ OpenShift) is an advantage;

l   Self-motivated, results-oriented, interpersonal skills and well organized;

l   Eager to learn new technology

l   Self-motivated, quick learner and able to work under pressure;

l   Good command of both English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage;

l   Immediately available is preferred.
