Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, identify problem areas of systems and recommend solutions
• Conduct user requirements gathering, system analysis, design and development
• Prepare systems design specifications in accordance with business needs
• Prepare project schedule and resources requirements; manage requirements and monitor the project progress throughout project life cycles
• Conduct SIT and support UAT to ensure the enhanced systems meet the requirement specifications
• Prepare documentation and technical specifications

Requirements

• Degree holder with major in Computing
• At least 7 years' practical work experience in Information Technology; demonstrated experience in Life Insurance and Employee Benefit Insurance is a definite asset 
• Good analytical mind and problem solving skills 
• Experience in JAVA, servlet, JSP, Javascript, HTML, Visual Basic, Crystal Reporting Tools 
• Knowledge in AIX, Websphere, Oracle, MS SQL, Jasper Report, Mobile App development will be an advantage 
• Knowledge of open source framework such as Spring, Hibernate will be an advantage 
• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills 
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English 
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst Programmer

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
