Duties:

• Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve a client with the public sector for redevelopment the Service Performance Management Information System (SPMIS 服務表現管理資訊系統) of the department;
• Participate in the system analysis and design, development and implementation for the
  new system;
• Design and develop the new system based on the new architecture applying contemporary Cloud technologies including container hosting and orchestration, API management gateway, micro/mesh-services, DevOps, etc.
• Conduct and support user in various stages of testing to be carried out along the course of system development lifecycle for the new system.

 Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related disciplines; 
• Minimum 1 year working experience in web application development;
• Knowledge of J2EE e.g. EJB, Servlet and Oracle PL/SQL is a must; 
• Experience in web application frameworks e.g. Spring, Struts, Vaadin, Ajax, Adobe Flex is an advantage; 
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills; 
• Proficiency in written, spoken English and Chinese.
