Job Description:

• Provide routine checking for server room and meeting room facilities.
• Support and maintain the IT equipment and handle IT support and request for users.
• Provide maintenance and troubleshoot for IT daily operation.
• Responsible for monitoring corporate network equipment and coordinate with vendor for troubleshoot.
• Server room facilities, cabling patching and access management.
• IT asset management for infrastructure device, record for network and server equipment.
• Coordinate with different level network technical support and service provider. Frequent communication among internal and external parties is required.

Requirement:

• High Diploma or above in Computer Science or Information Technology related disciplines.
• 3 years’ or above experience on network support or administration.
• Knowledge of Network (Wi-Fi, WAN/LAN, MPLS, VPN, layer 2 and 3 configuration) is plus.
• Knowledge of Exchange, SharePoint, Active directory is plus.
• Good communication skill in Mandarin and English.
• Project and vendor coordination skill is preferred.
